Invoices will be sent via the PayHOA portal by December 28th. No invoices will be sent via US mail.
Invoices must be paid by January 31 to avoid additional fees.
A late fee of $50 will be assessed on all accounts not paid in full by February 15.
How to Pay Checks can be mailed to PO Box 1426, Auburn, AL 36831. Alternatively, credit card and electronic payments can be made directly on the PayHOA portal. Please note that credit card and electronic payments will incur an additional processing fee.
HOA BOARD MEETINGS HOA Board Meetings are scheduled quarterly throughout the year. Residents are invited to attend Open Board Meetings. View the Calendar on the PayHOA portal to view when meetings are scheduled and join us at the next meeting.

BOY SCOUT FLAG PROGRAM The Boy Scout patriotic subscription service 'Flags Over Auburn' has been approved for Asheton Park. On five national flag flying days, scouts from Auburn's BSA Troop 19 will post an American flag in your yard at dawn and retire it before dusk:
