Purpose of the DRC: To ensure projects do not violate neighborhood covenants while preserving and enhancing property values for ALL residents of Asheton Park. Our objective is to help residents realize their project goals by upholding the quality, style, and values of our neighborhood. This may require changes to your original plan, but if property owners are willing to work with the DRC, most projects will eventually be approved.
**You do NOT need to request approval for TREE removal; however, we highly recommend that you inform your neighbors of your plans before you start the removal process and hire a professional tree service.
